The Senior Manager of Digital Assets (individual contributor) will play a key role in the strategy, development, and execution of digital asset initiatives, including cryptocurrency and blockchain-based assets such as stablecoins, for registered investment advisors and their clients. This role will partner across the organization to design, deliver, and continuously enhance a comprehensive advisor and client experience for digital assets in Advisor Services. Post-launch, the Senior Manager will drive growth, optimize performance, and ensure offer alignment with revenue goals, risk management, and overall business value.

This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, influencing skills, and the ability to navigate a dynamic regulatory and market environment. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in digital assets with strategic vision and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver the digital currency offer: Partner with the Portfolio Project Management Office and coordinate across horizontal and vertical tracks to drive timely delivery within Advisor Services
• Influence experience design: Shape the advisor and end-client interactions with digital assets, creating intuitive and compliant solutions
• Monitor market and regulatory trends: Track developments in cryptocurrency and blockchain, consulting with Legal and Risk to adapt offerings to evolving regulations
• Drive performance and insights: Establish key metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for decision-making
• Serve as subject matter expert: Act as an internal authority on digital currencies and blockchain, fostering organizational knowledge
• Collaborate for success: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Trading Services, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Service teams to ensure holistic design and go-to-market execution

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on product management or client experience
• Strong understanding of service delivery, process optimization, and leveraging technology for efficiency
• Strategic mindset with experience assessing industry trends and competitive dynamics
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills with an ability to influence and build consensus among senior leaders
• Experience translating data into actionable insights and developing compelling presentations for executive leadership
• Self-initiator, with a propensity toward action and driving continuous progress towards delivery milestones
• Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities, adapting to change, and navigating uncertainty
• High attention to detail, proactive approach, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong product management acumen with a deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and blockchain technologies
