Your role
Are you a confident decision maker and problem solver? Do you have experience working in an office of financial professionals? Do you enjoy helping people? We're looking for someone like you who can:

• be a Senior Registered Client Service Associate on the Service Team of the UBS Wealth Advice Center, which focuses on the emerging affluent and core affluent client's segments at UBS. Our office consists of 60+ Client Service Associates (CSAs) and 250+ Financial Advisors (FAs) who serve ~200,000 clients with aggregate assets of nearly ~$18bn
• be a subject matter expert in one or more service-like aspects of our business to ensure things run smoothly, including handling escalated matters along with directing all efforts against the task(s) that you are responsible for
• work in a fast paced, team based, client oriented environment
• deliver a consistently positive experience to our clients and financial advisors
• be the "go to" person for the team

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $75000 to $98000

Your team
You'll be working as part of the Wealth Advice Center team as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate (CSA) where you will interact with our clients and handle time sensitive service requests. You will play a critical and senior role within your team of Client Service Associates who are tasked with providing excellent service to both our Clients and our Financial Advisors at the direction of the Service Managers.

Your expertise
• ideally, 5+ years of prior financial services experience
• specialized knowledge in one or more service task
• SIE, Series 7, 66 licensed required
• undergraduate degree is required
• strong track record of success in previous positions and known for getting things done and inspiring others to follow you
• able to manage your time well and handle a large workload in a fast-paced environment
• highly detail oriented and prioritize work to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner
• excellent problem solver and collaborate well with other people and teams while demonstrating self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments
• excellent listener with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• able to adapt and work well under pressure and able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility
• able to lead and positively influence others in a challenging environment
