The Role

This position supports the centralized receipt of customer mail for Fidelity. The role leverages business partner requirements to receive, sort and deliver monetary and non-monetary items in Inbound Operations and across the Midwest campus. They also collect and prepare outbound packages for pick-up by external vendors. Accuracy and timeliness are important to meet all compliance and regulatory requirements.

The Team

As a member of the team, you will sort incoming customer mail by zip +4 utilizing high speed equipment. Perform package reconciliation for all incoming overnight mail. Ensure timely completion of all customer requests and administrative duties.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
