Your role
We're looking for a collaborative, self driven professional who loves the capital markets and thrives in a team environment. As a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, you'll partner closely with Financial Advisors to design tailored investment solutions, deepen client trust, and support the growth of the practice.

What you'll do
• Develop customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions that reflect each client's objectives, constraints, and risk tolerance.
• Analyze and interpret portfolio performance; synthesize research inputs and recommend changes for Financial Advisors to consider.
• Prepare repeatable supporting materials—client ready analyses, sample reports, and meeting artifacts for both prospects and existing relationships.
• Perform business analytics (book segmentation, pipeline insights, opportunity identification) to help the team scale impact.
• Contribute as a core team player on ad hoc initiatives and operational tasks that keep the practice running smoothly.
• Join client and prospect meetings to gather inputs, present proposals, and help translate insights into action

Your team
You'll be part of a Financial Advisor team based in Wayzata, Minnesota, serving clients across a range of needs and complexity. You'll play an important role in client service and business support while collaborating closely with advisors and service associates.

Your expertise
What you'll bring
• Active Series 7 and 66 licenses (required).
• Ideally 3+ years in client service within financial services, with a track record of building trust and delivering solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you connect the dots and the people.
• True team player who is proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
• Proven problem solver who can translate analysis into clear recommendations.
• Relationship builder who naturally expands networks and enjoys collaborating with colleagues and clients.

Bachelor's degree preferred; strong Excel skills are a plus
