Description
At PwC, our people in integration and platform architecture focus on designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients. They enable efficient data flow and optimise technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. Those in solution architecture at PwC will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. You will leverage your experience in analysing requirements, developing technical designs to enable the successful delivery of solutions.Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Your ability to develop and sustain high performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.

The Opportunity
As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will lead the development of innovative technology solutions that drive business success. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to guide teams through complex challenges and deliver quality results. This role offers the chance to work with advanced technologies and contribute to the evolution of AI applications, promoting operational excellence and fostering a culture of performance.

- Drive the development of AI applications to enhance business outcomes

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in application architecture/solution architecture
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science preferred
- Experience managing technology solutions across various aspects
- Leading rapid-prototyping efforts with emerging technologies
- Building production-level AI features and applications
- Designing technical architectures for large-scale platforms
- Contributing to incubators and innovation lab environments
- Leading developers in delivery of software products
- Developing applications with proficiency in scripting languages
- Knowledge in cloud architectures and services
- Knowledge in event-driven and microservices architectures

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
