Wealth Management Learning & Development is responsible for creating innovative and engaging learning solutions that onboard, develop, and advance our sales and sales support professionals across all career stages. The team is focused on designing and delivering relevant, timely, and engaging learning experiences that enhance the skills and capabilities of our people and equip them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their role.

This role reports to the Director, Head of Content CoE, and is responsible for aligning our onboarding programs and continuous learning agenda to ensure our strategy and delivery of content is aligned. You will focus on developing learning solutions for all our WML&D programs, some of which include WMU, CRSU, FCA, and BMU. You will also partner with the field to assess and respond to current learning needs to address skills gaps identified for field professionals, as well as develop content for timely topics.
Our goal is to improve learning experiences, increase learner engagement, and create world-class learning content to enable and prepare sales professionals to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Analysis, design, and development of new L&D content, initiatives, and programs
- Partnering with program owners in WML&D to update and enhance content for existing programs
- Work closely with the Director, Head of Content CoE to understand all aspects of businesses goals, policies, and procedures
- Work closely with internal L&D business partners and other stakeholders to ensure learning needs are met
- Coordinate with Instructional Designers to create engaging and impactful learning experiences
What you are good at:
- Representing WML&D Content CoE on team and cross functional meetings and is hands on in the training strategy, agreeing to deliverables and timelines
- Creating content with excellence and high attention to detail and quality
- Partnering with Head of Content to define and communicate strategic objectives and prioritization for WML&D training
- Working with Program Mgmt. and instructional designers in WML&D team to deliver on roadmaps
- Influencing and gaining alignment on roadmaps across teams and internal partners/groups
- Staying current with industry and functional trends and using these insights to develop appropriate solutions
- Partnering with internal partners and users to understand, refine, and prioritize business requirements
What you have
- Experience in content creation leveraging blended modalities, or facilitation and/or marketing, creative services, or communications that can be applied to build learning experiences
- Knowledge of content, development, design, and a passion for learning
- Demonstrated experience managing a dynamic portfolio of initiatives and project activities
- Clear communicator, strong writer, and innovator who can transform conceptual ideas and initiatives into practical and easily executable learning plans
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Experience influencing and managing cross functional work streams in order to complete projects
- A passion for learning
- Desire to think beyond traditional training and innovate in the learning experience
- Ability to partner and collaborate with peers
- Strongly Preferred: 3+ years' experience in investment or wealth management role
