As a Senior Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives within the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management (EORM) team. This individual contributor role focuses on driving operational excellence, standardizing project management practices, and enabling successful change adoption across the organization. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, manage department updates, and oversee change management activities. Additionally, you will design and maintain tools, templates, and processes that ensure consistent, efficient execution of leadership priorities.
Role Overview:
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects and process improvement initiatives across EORM.
- Standardize and enhance project management practices, tools, and templates.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee training and upskilling programs related to project and process management.
- Provide executive-level updates on project and process improvement progress.
What you have

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project/program management or process improvement experience (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci certification preferred).
- Experience leading change management initiatives in a complex organization.

- Skilled communicator with confidence in delivering executive-level presentations that influence decisions.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail in managing complex, interdependent initiatives.
- Demonstrated success influencing diverse audiences.
- Experience promoting risk management best practices and fostering a culture of accountability and compliance.
- Expertise in strategic planning and process design, creating scalable frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
- Track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement through new methodologies and optimized operations.
- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable executive summaries.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for impactful visual storytelling.
- Exceptional organizational and process development skills focused on eliminating inefficiencies.
- Background in risk management or financial services preferred.
