UX Designer focused on advancing Schwab Workplace Services sales & client-retention demonstration capabilities. This role is critical to showcasing participant & sponsor experiences -Web/Desktop & Mobile - to both prospective & current clients in support new sales & client retention.

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts discipline such as Graphic Design (or equivalent)
- Schwab cross-channel technology experience
- 10+ years of digital product design experience, including Web/desktop & Mobile channels
- Expert in all facets of UX, including practice, process, tools, and techniques, including - - Proficiency with both Macintosh and Windows platforms
- Figma design software
- Adobe Creative Cloud products
- Hands-on, proven experience with demo automation software or interactive demo platforms
- Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within an iterative process and Agile development methodology
- Strong self-management skills, comfortable working both independently as well as directly with product and engineering partners & in collaboration with internal end users such as sales team & client services team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience within the financial services industry, particularly workplace benefits support
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
