Job Description:Fidelity's Workplace Investing (WI)/Healthcare (HCG) business units help employers offer successful benefit programs to improve their employees' overall well-being. WI/HCG offers a broad range of integrated financial, health, and benefits solutions and provides innovative technology, strategic collaboration, outstanding service, and engaging employee experiences. WI/HCG is the market leader with ~30% market share serving 26K employer clients & 34M employees and administrating $3.0T in assets.
The Stock Plan Services Product Domain exists to focus and deliver upon the needs of our Stock Plan Clients and their Participants. The domain focuses on four major tenets in operating principles and design decisions:
- Delivering Customer Value: Listening and adapting to our customers' (Sponsors and Participants) needs to deliver the best SPS and NQ experience.
- Enabling Growth: Developing new capabilities to attract prospects and enable us to enter new markets
- Driving Scale and Efficiency: The opportunity to bring value in our market starts with reducing unit costs.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Celebrating differing voices and perspectives in our products and our people.
As the Offering lead you will manage the chapter area resources responsible for defining product features for our execution portfolio. You will work to support alignment of the product vision from initial business case through to feature decomposition to support agile delivery in the agile teams. You will further partner with the Chapter Area Leader to support a learning curriculum that will strengthen the Equity Compensation domain knowledge and business analysis functions that support success in delivery.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses preferred.
- 15+ years of financial services work experience
- Proven track record of defining a strategic product vision and creating business cases/idea screens for support.
- Experience engaging with executive and senior (C-suite) internal and external customers and partners.
- Experience defining complex product features spanning Workplace and Brokerage Capabilities
- Financial services experience, with brokerage experience a plus

- Strong product management experience including offering design, value proposition definition, customer engagement strategy and associated go-to-market functions to ensure success of feature deployments.
- Dedication to serving our clients and their participants-listening to client's feedback and driving higher levels of engagement, simplifying their end-to-end experiences, engaging them in an inclusive manner, and setting them up for better outcomes.
- Proactively partnering with the External Clients, SPS Leadership Team, other Domain, Tribe, Chapter Area, COE, and Team leaders to:
- Understand market gaps and/or the needs of customers and business partners.
- Define and analyze business opportunities associated with new feature delivery.
- Drive alignment on feature definition and associated market priorities to delivering on strategic priorities and value.
- Responding to the needs of our customers, and the market, industry, and regulatory changes by continuously evolving and aligning strategic priorities
- Sharing relevant insights, knowledge, and developments across the Domain
Advocate for Stock Plan customer needs with partner teams across multiple domains, business units to gain alignment on an E2E vision supporting Stock Plan customer needs.- Encouraging continuous learning and development, a growth attitude and increased skill proficiency
- Leading innovative growth strategies as part of Fidelity's highest critical initiatives (e.g., Fidelity Neighborhoods), and attracting new customers, growing revenue, driving efficiency, and enhancing technology platforms
- Working with Product Area Leaders, Portfolio Strategy team and chapters to optimize technology roadmaps on the highest value features
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
