Description

These individuals combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

- Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.

The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will define and manage the roadmap for AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives. As a Manager, you will lead collaboration between engineering, data, and business teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role presents a unique opportunity to foster a culture of curiosity and innovation while coaching junior team members in a fast-paced environment.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
