At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. In transfer pricing at PwC, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters. In this field, you will help businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, maintaining compliance with tax regulations and minimising the risk of disputes.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

As a Senior Associate you are to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, International Business
- 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Public Administration preferred
- CPA, Member of the Bar, American Society of Appraisers, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants preferred
- Knowledge of transfer pricing concepts and financial transactions
- Experienced in the financial services industries as it relates to Transfer Pricing
- Experience in managing functional analyzes interviews
- Skilled in performing market studies and industry research
- Ability to design and develop financial models
- Proficiency in automation and digitization in tax services
- Experience in pricing, client relationships, and negotiation processes

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
