Job Description:Vice President, Operational Excellence - Advanced Process Solutions
The Role
This leadership role is pivotal in driving the Operational Excellence strategy across CRBO and Asset Management, with a focus on innovation, automation, and transformation within the Advanced Process Solutions team. As Vice President, you will lead a high-performing team and collaborate closely with senior Business Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, Process Owners, and Technology partners to deliver strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, using pioneering technologies and process re-engineering methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a transformational leader with a strong blend of business sense, technical expertise, and ground-breaking leadership.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Extensive experience in financial services, business operations, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of implementing transformation initiatives and delivering strategic automation solutions.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of the organization.
- Strong grasp of industry trends in automation, AI, and digital transformation.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks within Asset Management.
- Strategic problem solver capable of developing a business vision and turning it into actionable operational strategies.
- Expertise in process optimization, automation technologies, and change management.
- Ability to scope, prioritize, and be responsible for complex, multi-disciplinary projects with global impact.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Skilled in partner engagement, executive reporting, and governance.
- Experience leading globally dispersed teams and handling vendor/partner relationships.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the Asset Management business and its interdependencies across all organizational functions
Technical Leadership
- Strong understanding of software development and automation frameworks (e.g., Python, APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, cloud-based solutions).
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD principles, and modern data analytics tools.
- Ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI to drive innovation and efficiency.

The Value You Deliver
- Lead the approach to operational performance enhancement for CRBO and Asset Management, driving innovation and transformation across business operations.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business units to identify and implement high-impact initiatives that deliver shared impact across business units.
- Develop the future of automation and process design, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead AI governance and strategy for the CRBO organization and partner across AM and the enterprise to ensure alignment on standards and policies.
- Represent the team in executive forums, providing thought leadership and strategic insights.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

The Advanced Process Solutions team is at the forefront of innovation, owning the charge in digital transformation and operational excellence across our Asset Management Division. We're driving innovative projects to redefine how our associate's work. We're a dynamic team engaging with business partners to bring forward industry-leading solutions. You will play a pivotal role in crafting the next chapter of our digital landscape. You'll have the opportunity to engage with premier professionals in an encouraging and forward-thinking setting.
The base salary range for this position is $130,000-264,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
