The Role
Are you an experienced Total Rewards and employee experience communication consultant who's passionate about building client relationships, developing innovative communication and engagement solutions and leading large, complex client engagements? Our Employee Experience Design team's vision and ambition is to create workplaces where people can thrive. We develop and execute strategies to educate our clients' employees about their workplace culture and Total Rewards, foster engagement, support behavior change, and create meaningful impact. We are looking for an experienced leader in the benefits/HR communication consulting space to help us deepen and broaden our consulting capabilities and drive the growth of our people and our practice.
- Collaborating with colleagues across practices to contribute to our growth strategy and sales.
- Building trusted relationships with clients.
- Facilitating design thinking sessions and workshops to identify client challenges and possible solutions, and owning the development of new consulting services, solutions and products to meet unmet client needs.
- Crafting effective change management strategies to help clients achieve critical business objectives and demonstrate results.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on key client deliverables created by team members, and mentoring them in a way that encourages their continuous growth and development.
- Developing new thought leadership and marketing to build the Fidelity Workplace Consulting brand
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 10 years of experience crafting and implementing communication and change management strategies for clients.
- Strong personal track record of consulting sales and managing a large book of business.
- Experience managing a high-performing team of communication consultants.
- Knowledge of GenAI tools and ideas on how to use them to transform the employee experience.
- Experience developing and implementing new consulting solutions and products.
- B.A. or B.S. degree in communication, design, marketing, or a related field. An M.B.A. would be a plus.

The Team
The Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group is made up of over 600 professionals who advise clients on the management of their domestic and global benefits. We are a fast-growing business within Fidelity, offering a broad range of services that span benefits design, strategy, funding, communication, and delivery. Many of our team leaders bring experience from other leading consulting firms. While we primarily serve Fortune 1000 companies, we also work with Fidelity clients of all sizes ranging from Fortune 50 to tax-exempt market to Fortune 2000. The base salary range for this position is $130,000-285,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
