Your role
Are you skilled at developing wealth management strategies? Does financial data excite you?

We're looking for a Wealth Strategy Associate to learn the full scope of our business and ultimately grow into a role that is best suited to their interests and skillset. The role will consist of helping with the following:

Investments
• prepare performance reports and other materials for clients
• assist financial advisors in preparing for client conversations
• execute equity and fixed income trades
• assist with investment due diligence

Business Development, Marketing & Events
• provide support for client relationship building and business development activities
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business
• communicate and represent our team brand to ultra-high net worth clients of varying levels of sophistication

Operational & Organizational
• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities

Your team
You'll be working with a growing 4-person Private Wealth Team based in the Bay Area. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise
• series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally 1-4 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on Finance or Economics
• excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
• analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody's business)
• team player

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - Walnut Creek min USD 72500 - max USD 85000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
