Your role

We're looking for a Wealth Strategy Associate to:

• execute equity and fixed income trades regularly
• manage structured products and alternative investments processes
• perform investment due diligence, including quarterly calls with key portfolio managers
• assist financial advisors in preparing for client conversations
• prepare performance reports and other materials for clients
• perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business
• manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results
• communicate and represent our team brand to ultra-high net worth clients of varying levels of sophistication

In addition to the base salary, the role is eligible for potential supplemental compensation and bonuses

Your team
You'll be working with an established and dynamic five-person Private Wealth Management team in the UBS Bethesda, MD office. Our culture blends close-knit with high performance to create growth-focused results within a challenging and rewarding work environment. Our team values prioritize competence, care, initiative, creativity, and communication.

Your expertise
• series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally 3-5 years of experience of client reporting, market research and daily trading
• bachelor's degree or equivalent, focused on finance or economics
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody's business)
• experience working across trading platforms
• skilled at developing wealth management strategies
• high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - District of Columbia - Washington D.C. min USD 85000 to max 120000/annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
