Company History
Established as a work from home office in the Fall of 1990, the firm's present Owner~Operator, Glenn R Gardner, began providing sales and servicing of mutual fund portfolios using mostly single family mutual funds and only Class A shares which were all that were available at most fund companies. Later, the practice evolved to include single securities trading and advice, the incorporation of Investment Advisory services and fee for service offerings, and eventually engaged in 'outside business activities' to include the planning and preparation of over 250 individual and small proprietor tax returns. During these past 31+ years, the firm, now known as Union Street Advisors LLC (est. in 2018) has been affiliated with 5 different independent Broker-Dealer firms.
