Description
The OpportunityAs part of the AI Engineering team within the Digital Assurance & Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will focus on developing and implementing advanced AI and ML solutions to drive innovation and enhance business processes. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions to drive innovation and enhance business processes
- Designing and optimizing algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision-making and automation
- Transforming raw data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making and drive business growth
- Supervising and coaching teams to deliver quality work and meet client expectations
- Analyzing and identifying linkages and interactions within complex systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Encouraging skill development outside comfort zones and mentoring team members to deepen their skills
- Addressing conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
- At least one of the following: Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning
- Excelling in managing client support and engagement
- Leveraging skills in data and analytics engineering
- Embracing technology and innovation in project execution
- Motivating and inspiring teams to deliver quality results
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
