Are you interested in real estate investing?
We are looking for Asset Management Analyst, to:

• support the asset management of a portfolio of approximately 18-25 commercial and industrial assets, including:
• monitor asset performance against established business plans through financial analysis and periodic reporting
• maintain and update ARGUS Enterprise cash flow models, incorporating leasing assumptions, market data, and capital plans
• support the evaluation and execution of lease transactions, including financial underwriting (e.g., NPV, IRR, net effective rent)
• prepare internal analyses and materials, including valuation reviews, forecasts, and hold/sell recommendations
• contribute to annual business planning, including budgeting, leasing strategy, expense management, and capital planning
• assist in acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence, lease and expense analysis, and cash flow modeling
• support capital projects and development initiatives through analysis of construction draws, tenant improvements, and project performance
• conduct market research and contribute to portfolio strategy discussions and broader team initiatives

Your team
You will be part of the UBS Asset Management team, operating in a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
In this role, you will work closely with Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers, supporting the execution and ongoing management of a logistics and commercial real estate portfolio. Your work will contribute to financial analysis, leasing activity, and investment decision-making across the asset lifecycle.

Your expertise
• ideally 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate (Asset Management, Acquisitions, or Underwriting)
• strong grounding in discounted cash flow analysis and real estate financial metrics
• bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline
• advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and ARGUS Enterprise
• familiarity with tools such as AI, Power BI, RealPage, or VTS is advantageous
• strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
