Your team
*Run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action
plans to address underperformance
*Monitor FA and client activity, ensuring that compliance meets with regulations and manage all client issues
*Manage and resolve all escalated issues, including those that are financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory,
operational and HR Governance risks
*May serve as Financial Advisor to personal clients whilst managing market responsibilities

Your expertise
*Develop business development strategy and implement growth plans for the market.
*Create and drive a culture of asset growth, continued Financial Advisor development and high retention within
the market.
*Develop structured coaching program for FAs and establish a sustainable process to help them identify and
achieve their growth and productivity needs.
*Assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of FAs and oversee conversion of transitioning FAs.

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - Melville min USD 105000 - max USD 130000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
