As a Business Experience & Planning Expert within PNC's Technology Business Operations organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX.
This Organizational Effectiveness & Enablement Lead role within Technology Business Operations enables operational readiness for scaled organizational growth and effectiveness and is responsible for translating Technology's strategic workforce objectives into operational constructs aligned to technology's business requirements, as well as defining and operationalizing scalable execution processes. The Organizational Effectiveness & Enablement Lead partners with HR, shared services, control partners and technology stakeholders to coordinate planning and execution activities across functions and drive enablement - improving workforce-related operational transparency, organizational throughput, decision-making, and outcomes across a 17,000+ person technology organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery cohesion across technology workforce-related domains by aligning shared outcomes, priorities, cross-functional partnerships, and execution requirements to prevent fragmentation and improve outcomes
- Orchestrate cross-functional inputs and interlocks (Technology and partner stakeholders, HR, Finance, Sourcing, Risk/Controls, suppliers, service providers) to enable business value delivery; surface tradeoffs, escalate when needed, and unblock execution
- Enables scaling of technology's global operating model through acceleration of offshore delivery model and integration of capabilities into operational routines
- Run operating rhythms of the team (stakeholder enablement cadences, executive reporting, leader forums, etc.) and manages executive reporting routines for the workforce pillar of the Technology Strategy, clearly communicating performance against intended outcomes, ensuring altitude-appropriate insights, timely decisions and follow-through.
- Streamline operational processes and complexity to maximize efficiency and value. Proactively identify workforce process gaps and execution risks and drive root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement across the ecosystem.
- Manages workforce-related operational risks though the technology workforce risk program to ensure the organization is scaling quickly and efficiently to meet strategic objectives while keeping within Technology's risk appetite limits.
- Apply program management rigor to deliver initiatives, and track and enable execution partner engagement and proactive leadership transparency.
Key Skills :
- Strong understanding of technology business management practices, related functional partner interaction models,
- Program/project management disciplines (iterative delivery planning, accountability, value prioritization, stakeholder management, cadences)
- Executive reporting and performance measurement (OKRs/KPIs/KRIs; leader-ready insights)
- Process improvement / operational excellence (root-cause analysis, standards work, sustainable controls)
- Deep understanding of Technology global organizational composition constructs, inputs and outputs both human and agentic, team constructs relative to op model / delivery methodology (product, service / agile, traditional), productivity / capacity optimization best practice and levers
- Executive presence and crisp written/verbal communication
- Synthesis and structured problem solving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Influence without authority; stakeholder alignment and conflict management
- Strong judgment, prioritization, and bias for action

Job Description
- Uses advanced knowledge and expertise to indirectly lead cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
- Develops and executes on key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
- Participates in the industry and leads execution and implementation of business planning processes according to industry standards and trends. Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
- Guides strategic plans through thought leadership and develops solutions, roadmaps, and assessments of potential business impacts to address business needs. Identifies and executes executes opportunities that add significant value to the business and to achieve business goals.
- Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy. Presents to executive leadership for buy in.
- Serves as subject matter expert and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives. Develops, trains, and mentors team members and partners to build expertise and knowledge for the future success of the organization.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, or PhD is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8 + years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
