Your role

We're looking for a client associate to:

•Coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities
• Handle client facing tasks, greet clients at front -desk and assist in a variety of office operations
•Assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your team
You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise
• ideally 1-5 years relevant branch operations experience
• high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• proven written and verbal communication skill
• independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
• passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
• self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Washington - Everett min USD 60000 - max USD 70000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
