As a Client Relationship Manager, you are a key branch leader responsible for delivering a consistent,
high-quality client experience in a direct client facing capacity. You coordinate across teams, partner
with branch leadership, and ensure operational accuracy, workflow efficiency, and successful execution
of firm and regulatory initiatives.
You strengthen client relationships by resolving complex needs with empathy and professionalism,
while using emotional intelligence to navigate escalations and support team collaboration. You also
drive branch performance by coaching team members, reinforcing service excellence, and promoting
accountability. This role offers the opportunity to expand your leadership impact while building
expertise in client relationship management, operations, and performance in a fast-paced
environment.

• Schwab Training and Development
Completes Schwab's corporate training program focused on supervision, employee evaluation,
and leadership to build foundational management and coaching capabilities.
Your individualized development continues through hands-on training and mentorship within
your branch. You'll collaborate closely with your branch leaders, experienced peers, and
dedicated mentors who provide guidance tailored to your unique background and career goals.

• Competitive Compensation
In addition to base pay, this role offers bonus and incentive opportunities tied to

What you have
The expertise you bring:
• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 and 63 license required
• Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 9 and 10 license as it will be required during your
tenure on the job
• Relevant financial services or client-facing experience with 2+ years in a management or
supervisory role preferred

Emotional intelligence to navigate complex client interactions, support team collaboration, and
foster a positive branch environment
• Managing Performance
Ability to coach, mentor, and support team members to drive performance and elevate client
service delivery
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build cross-enterprise partnerships and contribute
to shared branch success
