Description

As a cybersecurity generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing comprehensive security solutions and experience across various domains, maintaining the protection of client systems and data. You will apply a broad understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to address diverse security challenges effectively.Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

The Opportunity
As part of the Cybersecurity team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your profound technical knowledge and industry insight while contributing to the safety and resilience of critical infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial settings
- Lead teams in managing client accounts and engagements
- Mentor junior staff to enhance their technical skills
- Develop strategic plans to enhance cybersecurity measures
- Analyze and assess risks to critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance and safety
- Drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices
- Foster a culture of innovation and resilience within the team
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial and Operations Engineering
- SANS GICSP, GRID, GIAC ICS Defender, GCIP
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ / CySA+
- ISA/IEC 62443 certification
- Cisco CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE, CWSP / CWNA
- Leading OT/ICS cybersecurity architecture and design
- Managing vendor relationships and product evaluations
- Conducting OT security maturity assessments
- Staying current on emerging OT/ICS threats and technologies
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
