The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team, you will serve as a vital liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable specifications. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating the intricacies of the healthcare domain. This role provides an exciting opportunity to leverage your knowledge in SQL and data governance to drive impactful solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications
- Analyze intricate challenges and provide practical solutions
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Uphold exceptional standards in project deliverables and client interactions
- Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients in the healthcare sector
- Navigate the complexities of data governance and its implications
- Leverage SQL proficiency to drive impactful data solutions
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of functional or business analysis experience in Health Care Domain
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare domain concepts
- Understanding SQL concepts and data governance
- Excelling in documentation and communication skills
- Experience in Agile delivery
- Supporting post-implementation stabilization
- Creating functional documentation and user guides
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
