Description
At PwC, our people in brand management, marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. They utilise market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organisational targets. In digital marketing at PwC, you will focus on leveraging digital platforms and strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for clients. Your work will involve managing social media campaigns, optimising website performance, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies.Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Your ability to develop and sustain high performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.

The Opportunity
As part of the Digital Experience Content Hub team, you will lead the transformation of marketing technology, enhancing client connections through innovative strategies. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive results and foster teams that excel in delivering impactful solutions.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- At least 6 years of martech, CDP, CRM, data engineering, or marketing analytics experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration/Management preferred
- One or more Adobe certifications preferred
- Demonstrating success in Marketing Technology roles
- Managing successful CDP implementation and driving business growth
- Understanding customer profile segmentation and 360-degree customer views
- Exhibiting hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud Products
- Setting strategic direction and driving execution with cross-functional teams
- Managing projects through a successful lifecycle
- Translating business requirements into segmentation strategies
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
