UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking a Director, Senior Business Strategist in New York, NY

We're looking for a Director, Senior Business Strategist to:
• Articulate the overall business strategy for the Investment Bank and Americas region. Leverage advanced knowledge of Logistics Platform to leverage third-party benchmarking relationships.
• Analyze product and regional revenue performance compared to peers and perform detailed review of competitor disclosures during quarterly reviews and ad-hoc market announcements.
• Complete strategy and performance reviews of global businesses and increase the depth of regional analysis in the U.S. Work with key stakeholders in the U.S. including the Head of Global Banking, Americas Head of Global Markets, IB Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Americas Research to articulate the Bank's U.S. strategy in the Investment Bank, whilst working with other leaders in the US to support development of the overall US strategy including in Global Wealth Management US and Asset Management Americas businesses, support key senior business stakeholders and IHC/CUSO entity leadership.
• Review businesses proposed acquisitions and joint ventures, with a particular focus on deals in the Americas. Responsible for vendor management and interpretation of competitive benchmarking of UBS' performance against competitors. Collaborate closely with Business Divisions and Group Functions.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Salary Range & Work Schedule: $175,000 to $215,000/year, 40 hrs/wk. This notice is being posted in connection with an application for permanent Alien Labor Certification. Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), or related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Strategist, or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:
• competitor benchmarking analysis, including analysis of product and regional revenue performance compared to peers; managing vendor relationships; strategic business reviews; data interpretation using Dealogic Cortex; stakeholder management; preparing quarterly town hall presentations; project management; drafting requests for proposals from vendors including consultants and benchmarking providers; addressing front-to-back production issues; reviewing and analysis of proposed acquisitions and joint venture opportunities; Use of analytical and presentation support software such as PowerPoint, Alteryx, and Dealogic Cortex; presentation of strategic reviews and performance analysis to senior leadership; quarterly competitive earnings analysis of US and European peer banks.

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 175000 - max USD 215000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
