Your role
Do you have a passion for delivering solutions to our clients and optimizing the business? Are you a strong communicator and analytical thinker with experience in cleared derivatives or funding? We're looking for someone like this to:
- Supervise and optimize the regional Clearing flows - including flows to CCPs, 3rd party banks, buffers, custodians and brokers - within the Regulatory framework
- Set client pricing for the Clearing product regionally
- Engage with clients to highlight collateral capabilities and solutions that differentiate our offering and identify opportunities to bring them new services or operational automation
- Partner with Sales on client marketing efforts in a product specialist capacity and pitches for new business
- Engage with local exchanges, CCPs and other market infrastructure partners t maintain excellent coverage of external developments

Your team
You'll be working in the Clearing Optimization and Solutions team in New York, within the Clearing Business. We are a global team that oversees the Clearing product and seeks opportunities to optimize and differentiate our business. Working closely with other areas in Global Markets, we seek to enhance the profitability of the product through both client and internal solutions..
Your expertise
- ideally 3+ years' experience in the financial services industry
- deep understanding of cleared derivatives (exchange-traded and OTC cleared) or Investment Bank funding gained through practical experience in the industry
- experience in business analysis and solution design
- client facing experience
- a strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to adapt to and influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
- a self-starter with the ability to work independently
- able to take a structured and analytical approach to problem solving, breaking down a problem or requirement and evaluating a wide range of possible solutions
- collaborative. You are comfortable working cross-functionally, with colleagues and client representatives from Business, Legal, Risk, Operations and other teams

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 225000 - max USD 242500 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
