Your role
We're looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to:

•support the origination and execution of capital markets and M&A transactions involving private equity clients
•assist with key workstreams across capital markets and M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and the preparation of client deliverables
•contribute innovative ideas and creative strategies to enhance client coverage and drive business growth
•deliver confident and effective presentations to both internal stakeholders and external clients
•partner with global colleagues to ensure seamless execution of client transactions
•exercise sound judgment in all decisions, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance

Your team
You will be a member of the Financial Sponsors Group based in Menlo Park. The Financial Sponsors Group consists of professionals located in Menlo Park, New York, London, Hong Kong and around the globe. We provide advisory services to private equity clients to facilitate capital markets and M&A transactions involving their portfolio companies or new investments. We advise clients across all industries and geographies.

Your expertise
• Ideally 1+ years of investment banking experience
•experience in originating and executing public and private capital markets and M&A transactions
•ability to work effectively with private equity clients
•strong understanding of leverage finance
•strong analytical skills and proficiency in all relevant financial analyses
•demonstrated track record of taking initiative and managing teams
•undergraduate degree

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - Menlo Park USD 110000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
