EY's Forensic & Integrity Services teams leverage the latest technology and industry trends to help address some of the most complex problems - from investigations, crisis management, e-discovery and incident response services to compliance remediation, insurance and federal claims, and government contract services.
The opportunity
Our client hosts hundreds of speaker programs annually, typically held in the evenings at hotels or conference centers. EY's role is to attend these programs on site, observe content and logistics, and complete required post‑event monitoring documentation.
Your key responsibilities
- Scope: Attend speaker events and submit post-event reports
- Volume: Minimum ~1-2 events per week (subject to change depending on volume)
- Hours: Flexible; driven by event schedule and travel needs
- Base Location: Cleveland
- Duration: 90 days targeting July 6 - October 2
- Travel: Required (within the US); expenses (travel, lodging, meals) covered withtravel budget for each event pre-approved and aligned with EY expense limits
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player who builds relationships across all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business, Finance or related field
- At least 1 year of related experience in compliance, audit, or financial management
- Effective organization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize when working on multiple engagements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability and willingness to travel within the US and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
- Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $45,200 to $92,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $54,300 to $105,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
- Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
