Description
The OpportunityAs a Health Industries Marketing Senior Manager, you will engage in a dynamic role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and capture new business opportunities through market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
In this role at PwC, you will validate brand consistency, reach target audiences, and drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Your ability to direct teams through complexity, demonstrate composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations will contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities
- Leading strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Conducting comprehensive market research to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
- Developing and executing creative marketing campaigns across various channels
- Analyzing campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve engagement
- Collaborating with sales teams to capture new business opportunities and promote the Firm's services
- Validating brand consistency and confirming alignment with organizational targets
- Leveraging CRM software to enhance customer insights and engagement
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support marketing objectives
- Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex marketing challenges
- Applying analytical thinking to identify market trends and opportunities for growth
- Crafting impactful communication strategies that resonate with target audiences
- Utilizing digital marketing tools to expand the Firm's market presence and reach
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree
- Leveraging skills in brand management and marketing strategy
- Demonstrating proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing
- Excelling in campaign performance analysis and market research
- Developing communication strategies and storytelling techniques
- Utilizing analytical thinking and consumer behavior insights
- Managing complex marketing initiatives and promotional strategies
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
