Your role
Are you a originator with deep relationships across private markets? Do you thrive on structuring and delivering innovative financing solutions to sophisticated institutional clients?

We're looking for somebody to join our team. to drive growth in our Private Equity and Hedge Fund financing business across the Americas.

In this role, you will:
• Originate and execute financing transactions across private markets, including:
• PE NAV lending and hybrid structures
• Hedge Fund LP financing
• Structured Solutions Financing
• Margin and bespoke fund-linked financing solutions
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships with financial advisors, family offices, private equity firms, hedge funds, credit funds, and institutional investors
• Successfully negotiate terms and lead deal execution, working closely with structuring, credit, legal, and risk partners to deliver tailored solutions
• Drive revenue generation and portfolio growth, ensuring transactions meet return thresholds and optimize capital usage
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across the broader UBS platform (Global Markets, Prime Brokerage, Wealth Management, and Investment Banking)
• Provide market insight and thought leadership, staying ahead of trends in fund finance, private markets, and structured lending

Your team
You'll be part of a market-leading Structured Lending / Fund Financing team, working alongside product specialists, structurers, credit officers, and legal teams to deliver financing solutions to private clients and institutional clients across private markets.
The team operates at the intersection of credit, markets, and alternatives, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and maintaining a strong external presence with leading sponsors and investors.

Your expertise
Required experience and skills:

ideally 10-15+ years of relevant experience in:
• Fund finance (subscription lines, NAV lending)
• Structured lending / private markets financing
• Capital markets sales or structured credit
• Demonstrated track record of origination and revenue generation in institutional client coverage
Strong relationships across:
• Private equity sponsors
• Hedge funds and credit funds
• Institutional investors
• Deep understanding of: Private markets (PE, credit, real assets)
• Fund structures and collateral (LP commitments, NAV, portfolio assets)
• Strong structuring and credit acumen, with ability to: analyze collateral pools
• Assess risk-return dynamics
• Develop bespoke financing solutions
Soft skills:
• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment
• Highly driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and geographies
• You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 200000 - max USD 275000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
