Job Description:The Role
Are you passionate about financial product marketing and ready for a chance to create a difference? As an Investment Production Analyst at Fidelity Investments, your role is crucial in delivering flawless presentations and marketing materials for Fixed Income and Global Asset Allocation strategies. This fast-paced job requires you to prioritize various responsibilities while partnering with teams to generate outstanding content.
- Take responsibility for the full production and on-schedule delivery of financial product presentations, handling everything from data and content updates to compliance interaction and final distribution.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for financial product data by compiling, aggregating, and articulating fund and index performance, portfolio holdings, characteristics, attribution, market and economic data, competitor insights, and peer group analysis to support accurate, scalable reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all marketing materials, maintaining brand and build standards while accomplishing revisions efficiently and accurately.
- Complete a variety of ongoing and ad-hoc tasks, such as internal presentations, recurring research, reporting, and data sourcing. This work uses deep knowledge of internal systems and third-party financial platforms to ensure timely, responsive deliverables.
- Drive continuous process improvement and innovation by finding opportunities to scale workflows, enable automation, and improve efficiency across data, reporting, and collateral delivery.
- Collaborate across functions with investment product management, marketing, compliance, data policy, technology, and build to produce high-quality content.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
You will have a solid background in communication and research, supported by a bachelor's degree and over three years of professional experience in financial services, asset management, or marketing. Your knowledge of Fixed Income asset classes, combined with strong attention to detail and a capacity to deliver high-quality work, is crucial. Required skills include proficiency in financial research platforms like Bloomberg, Morningstar, Barclays, FactSet, J.P. Morgan, and/or ICE Data Services, as well as advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Seismic and experience in SQL, macro development, and automation are desirable.
The Team
We are part of the Investment Marketing Services group, a division of FI and Asset Management Marketing. Our team specializes in providing comprehensive marketing support for Fidelity's financial products. We manage the end-to-end production of high-quality, dynamic collateral, including pitch books, investment capabilities materials, fact sheets, flyers, performance matrices, and guidebooks. We collaborate closely with key partners across Marketing, Asset Management's Investment Product Group, Institutional Portfolio Management, and FI Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions.
