Description
The OpportunityAs part of the Managed Services, Clinical Applications team, you will lead managed services operations for Clinical Application modules, driving system stability and alignment with operational goals. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement of support processes while building meaningful client connections. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Clinical Applications management

- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred
- Proven experience in mentoring and team leadership
- Demonstrating advanced problem-solving and technical skills
- Excelling in communication with diverse stakeholders
- Leading cross-team collaboration across time zones
- Analyzing incident trends for continuous improvement
- Understanding healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements
- Developing training materials for end-user support
- Creating and maintaining operational documentation
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
