- Coordinate with service, relationship management, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to deliver program enhancements
- Develop presentations, reporting, and internal communications to track progress and communicate outcomes
- A commitment to Fidelity Charitable's mission and a passion for expanding charitable giving and nonprofit impact
- 3 - 5 years in contributions processing or 3 -5 years in product management, program management, strategy, or related fields (philanthropy or financial services preferred)
- Familiarity with philanthropic vehicles such as donor-advised funds, foundations, or planned giving is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality work
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization and build strong working relationships
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity, while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop presentations and clearly convey ideas
