Description
Summer Internship Opportunities:- Real Estate Developments: help monitor in progress projects and activities.
- Investment Memorandums: Help create investment memorandums.
- Research & Analysis: Dive into industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics to support product development.
- Presentations & Proposals: Prepare detailed product presentations, proposals, and recommendations.
- Enquiries: Respond to questions from external and internal business partners.

What We're Looking For:
- Academic Excellence: Academic Excellence: Strong academic record, demonstrating consistent performance throughout the undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
- Real Estate Development Knowledge & Interest: Academic background or demonstrated interest in Real Estate Development E.g. Relevant coursework; active participation in development projects, supporting the management of a virtual portfolio; performing on-site progress meeting and time-cost monitoring.
- Investment Management Knowledge & Interest: Academic background or demonstrated interest in Finance or Real Estate E.g. Relevant coursework; active participation in investment clubs; managing a virtual portfolio; following market commentary; reading financial news
- Technical skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, financial modelling, and data analysis. Familiarity with financial statements and real estate metrics such as cap rates, IRR, NOI, and cash-on-cash returns. Experience with Argus Enterprise, CoStar, REIS, or other real estate software is a plus but not required.
- Analytical Capabilities: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to synthesize complex information, identify key drivers of investment performance, and communicate findings clearly and concisely through written reports and presentations.
- Intellectual Curiosity: A natural inclination to explore, question, and go beyond the expected, turning curiosity into a driver for personal and professional growth."
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish and preferably a third language. Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences. E.g. You should be comfortable in preparing client ready emails, delivering presentations to a small group of your team or writing reports that inform decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in team settings by actively listening to others' perspectives, contributing constructively to group discussions. E.g. You should be able to adapt your working style to help deliver team goals & objectives.
- Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand business problems from multiple angles, identify key drivers of outcomes, and propose solutions that balance competing priorities. E.g. Be able to demonstrate interest in understanding investment principles and how client needs align with product offerings.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & advanced in Excel). E.g. Creating financial models, using pivot tables, INDEXMATCH, data visualization, building scripts for data analysis, and automating tasks.
- Initiative and Ownership: Track record of taking ownership of projects or responsibilities without constant supervision. E.g. You should be able to proactively identify problems and propose solutions, ensuring regular communication with where appropriate.
Due to high volume of applications:
- We will only consider students in their penultimate year graduating in 2026 or 2027.
- We will only consider applicants who have the right to live and work in the country for where the internship is located.
- You must be able to work the internship dates from July till December, depending on when the university course ends and annual leave of team members during the summer break.
