Description

In studio and media production at PwC, you will work within an organisation to produce various types of media content, such as videos, podcasts, graphics, and animations. You will collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions that align with the organisation's brand and vision. You may also manage the technical aspects of the production process, such as equipment, software, and platforms.Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

The Opportunity
As part of the Studio and Media Production team, you will serve as a producer and creative contributor for our in-studio production team in our New York office. As a Manager, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, and focus on strategic planning while mentoring junior staff to promote project success and maintain exemplary standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process for live and recorded media projects
- Collaborate with on-site and remote teams to facilitate seamless operations
- Provide creative direction and maintain quality standards for every production
- Evaluate and manage studio equipment to enhance production quality
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional development
- Develop strategic plans to meet client needs and project objectives
- Uphold timelines and deliverables for every project
- Engage with stakeholders to align production efforts with broader marketing strategies
What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia, Fine Arts preferred
- Possessing experience in progressive roles focused on audio, video, podcast, webcast, and studio production (live broadcast and recorded), creative direction, art direction, or a related multimedia production discipline
- Demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and related software
- Managing in-house studio operations and team assignments
- Influencing client stakeholders for strategic video outcomes
- Organizing complex audio and video productions
- Utilizing project management tools like Workfront
- Implementing audio and video guidelines for initiatives
- Excelling in creative direction and quality control
- Supporting daily operations across US and global portfolio
The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
