As a group we work to unburden our clients in automating procedures and processes to help reduce the clients' time needed to supervise daily administration of their plan.
What You'll Do
Provide support for standard inbound and outbound programming specifications under supervision. Assist with the implementation of new Secure File Transfer Protocol setups and standard specifications configurations. Participate in audits of test files, review process reports, and conduct Retirement Plan Fundamentals testing. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, escalate concerns as necessary, and communicate potential impacts to ensure tasks are executed accurately and within established deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Foundational understanding of retirement plan administration
- Basic programming or data processing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Introductory knowledge of payroll integrations
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Professional collaboration.
In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
