Your OpportunityAt Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).
As a Portfolio Manager on our Tax-Exempt Fixed Income SMA team, you will help drive investment outcomes across a growing separately managed account platform by bringing together market insight, portfolio construction expertise, disciplined risk oversight, and sound investment judgment. You will also play an important role in advancing how technology supports portfolio implementation, workflow efficiency, and consistency across municipal SMA strategies.

You will partner closely with teams across trading, credit research, operations, compliance, technology, client service, and relationship management, using clear communication to connect investment strategy with execution and stakeholder needs.
