Your role
Experienced markets specialist providing high touch sales and trading coverage for UHNW and family office clients.
• provide equity, fixed income, and derivatives execution services
• understand clients' complex needs, anticipate client demands for various Global Markets products and orchestrate a holistic coverage approach
• work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-regional deal teams to negotiate and execute complex transactions encompassing both investment and hedging solutions
• build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including financial advisors and field leaders
• manage and support the development of junior professionals

Your team
You'll be working in the Unified Global Markets (UGM) Premier Markets Access team in NYC. The team sits within the Investment Bank division and provides direct execution coverage for UHNW and family offices clients of UBS Global Wealth Management.

The team's primary transactional focus is in:
• US and global equities
• Fixed income
• Options
• Structured Products
• OTC derivatives

Your expertise
• a university degree in law, engineering, mathematics, science, economics, finance or other relevant fields
• experience in markets position within a global investment bank or private bank in either sales, trading or structuring
• solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce trade ideas, market commentary, and risk assessment
• understanding of execution styles and risk considerations across various products, including market impact, electronic algorithms, margin, borrow, and settlement
• strong communication skills and ability to multi-task with urgency and precision
• 7-10 years+ of relevant experience
• Series license requirements: 7, 57, 66

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 190000 - max USD 225000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
