Description
The OpportunityAs a Research and Grant Administration Consultant, Senior Manager, you will engage with clients in the Health Services sector, providing strategic guidance and operational insights within our Management Consulting network. Your role will involve leveraging your skills to drive impactful solutions in operations consulting, focusing on the health industries. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. You will apply your professional knowledge to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. You will motivate and coach others to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and communicating effectively. Your ability to navigate complexity and make informed decisions will contribute to the overall success of our firm. Within our operations practice, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic initiatives in operations consulting for health services clients
- Driving business transformation projects to enhance operational effectiveness
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to inform decision-making
- Developing and implementing process improvement strategies to optimize operations
- Managing stakeholder engagement and fostering collaborative relationships
- Overseeing project resource management to align with client objectives
- Conducting market research to support strategic planning and execution
- Applying change management techniques to facilitate successful transitions
- Coaching and providing feedback to teams to promote professional growth
- Crafting and conveying impactful messages through storytelling and strategic questioning
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating advanced skills in business data analytics and transformation
- Leading operations strategy and process optimization initiatives
- Innovating service delivery models for health services clients
- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and strategic questioning
- Utilizing management consulting skills to drive operational excellence
- Developing high-performing teams through effective coaching and feedback
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
