As a Senior HR Product Owner, you will play a role in transforming how we deliver value to our employees and business partners. You will be responsible for executing the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Workday capabilities and optimization efforts across multiple Workday modules. You'll partner closely with the other members of the product team, HR leadership, Schwab Technology Services (STS), and business stakeholders to ensure our Workday solution supports talent strategies, enhances the employee experience, and scales with the organization's growth. This role leverages your Product Owner experience and offers the opportunity to focus on strategic impact rather than hands-on development or configuration within Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a high-performing team of HR product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the product strategy & roadmap for Workday including Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits. Support for integrations between HR systems and enterprise applications.
- Manage the backlog and ensure alignment to roadmap. Lead quarterly planning and manage delivery in agile team
- Translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables, including technical specifications, epics, and user stories for agile development teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Total Rewards and Schwab Technology Services (STS) to design and maintain seamless integrations with downstream systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Stay abreast of Workday releases and feature previews, proactively assessing impact and championing the adoption of relevant enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance, gathering user feedback, and optimizing process efficiency.
- Drive platform adoption, user experience, and process simplification by analyzing metrics, employee feedback and operational data to improve outcomes
- Coordinate releases, testing, change management and communications
*Please Note: This is an in-office role , requiring on-site presence in one of the locations where the role is posted, a minimum of 4 days per week , and offers the flexibility of working remotely one day a week. This policy is subject to change at any time, at the Company's sole discretion.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven success as a Product Owner or Manager for technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and agile delivery practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Workday configuration and integration concepts (hands-on experience a plus).
- Ability to navigate complex organizational changes and influence stakeholders at all levels.
