- Own user story validation and sign-off, ensuring delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards
- Analyze complex systems, data models, and workflows to recommend scalable solution approaches
- Lead identification and management of risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across initiatives
- Support and influence architectural and design discussions with engineering teams
- Proactively identify opportunities for process, system, and client experience improvements
- Participate in and support end-to-end testing and validation activities
- 4-6 plus years of experience as a SystemAnalyst supporting complex technology solutions
- A bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery practices
- Understanding of enterprise platforms, including Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, well-structured solutions
- Strong experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and influencing decisions across teams
- Experience managing product backlogs using tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis using SQL and understanding of data models
- Ability to understand system architecture and interact effectively with development teams
- Experience leading refinement sessions, defining acceptance criteria, and applying ATDD practices
- Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Financial services domain experience (investment or wealth management)
- Experience with tools such as SQL Developer, Insomnia, Kafka, Datadog
