Description
This Senior Administrative Assistant role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to upper management within the Energy Infrastructure Credit business. Operating under moderate supervision, this position plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the EIC team by managing schedules, facilitating communications, coordinating logistics, and serving as a key liaison across internal departments and external partners.Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Serves as the primary administrative contact for the EIC team and senior leadership, managing calendars, maintaining contact lists, and providing responsive, proactive support across all lines of business. Answers and routes phone calls, takes messages, and responds to routine inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication on behalf of the team.
- Drafts, reviews, and sends communications on behalf of senior EIC team members, and acts as a liaison between upper management and internal departments to promote effective communication and organizational cohesion.
- Organizes and prepares for meetings by gathering relevant documents, coordinating logistics, and managing all scheduling needs for both internal and external engagements. Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements and manages associated expense processing.
- Prioritizes and manages email correspondence, responding when necessary and escalating time-sensitive matters to appropriate team members.
- Supports overall office functioning through space scheduling, event planning and execution, inventory management, and general paperwork processing. Maintains up-to-date master copies of organizational policies and procedure manuals.
- Participates in ongoing production processing and performs operational tasks as needed, contributing to the broader administrative and business support needs of the EIC team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10 or more years of administrative assistant experience within financial services.
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and communications.
- Experience within investment management, credit, or alternative assets is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as expense management and travel booking platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience coordinating complex logistics including domestic and international travel and events.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Base Pay Range: $30.67/hr - $44.57/hr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
