The Business Transformation Team makes lives easier for our clients and employees within C lient S ervice & S upport by driving product and process improvements . The Senior Manager, Business Transformation leads comple x initiatives that redesign end - to - end processes to eliminate waste, improve performance, and create sustainable change across Client Service & Support . This role serves as a transformation specialist, applying structured lean methodologies to high - risk or high - impact business problems. The Senior Manager partners closely with senior leaders to diagnose root causes, define future - state solutions, and hand off detailed implementation plans to project and delivery teams.
What you will do:
- Lead complex transformation initiatives using lean methodologies
- Conduct deep discovery , including stakeholder interviews and process observation, to understand current - state operations.
- Use data visualization skills and lean practices to present findings
- Creat e or modify p rocess artifacts including Process Design Documents, Process models, Standard Operating Procedures
- Design and facilitate Kaizen or working sessions with leaders and cross - functional teams.
- Identify root causes, waste, risks, and inefficiencies across people, process , and technology.
- Develop clear, data - backed recommendations and obtain leadership alignment on future - state solutions.
- Define success measures and control plans to ensure changes are sustained.
- Identifying the various drivers impacting key metrics and outcomes to support recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide transformation expertise to leadership on complex operational challenges.
- Coach and mentor others on lean thinking , problem - solving approaches and continuous improvement.
- Ensur e effective communication t o impacted stakeholder s and leadership
- Identify and support the remediation of potential delivery risks, engaging proper stakeholders to drive resolution to maintain project progression.
- Own and drive initiatives and efforts to completion .

Required:
- H ands - on experience with lean methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, SCORE).
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate and coordinate unique resources in various business units to achieve common goals .
- Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross - organizational work with senior stakeholders.
- Proven demonstration of applying problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence, build consensus and integrate complex information while working collaboratively to implement solutions.
- Experience facilitating workshops, working sessions, and executive readouts.
- Possess quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data/information to identify opportunities.
- Comfort operating in high - visibility, high - impact environments.
- Solid experience developing and delivering presentations at all levels throughout the firm including large audiences.
- Be a self-starter and be able to lead without direct authority, influence and navigate corporate culture and business partner relationships.
- 4 + years of experience leading process improvement or transformation initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to leadership .
- Ability to leverage general guidance to execute short to medium term goals and objectives .
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project
Preferred:
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- FINRA Series 7, 63, or 66
- E xperience in Project/Program management
- Experience with Client Services & Support
- D emonstrat ed ability of coaching, mentoring and guid ing teams on lean best practices, process improvements, and system usage to ensure sustainable adoption and success.
- Advanced knowledge of providing resolution and analysis to a diverse range of complex issues , evaluating identifiable factors, and demonstrating good judgement in resolution.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
