Description
The OpportunityAs a Supply Chain Consulting - Warehouse Automation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming supply chains into strategic assets for our clients. Within our Operations Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing elements of operations to drive growth and profitability. You will collaborate with clients to develop supply chain strategies, optimize logistics, manage transportation and distribution, and create integrated business planning solutions.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will be part of a team that helps organizations transform their supply chains into strategic assets, driving both growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize logistics and distribution
- Managing warehouse automation projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyzing complex supply chain data to inform strategic decision-making and improve performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated business planning solutions
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities
- Utilizing supply chain management software to streamline processes and improve inventory management
- Developing recommendations for supply chain transformation initiatives to drive competitive advantage
- Overseeing budgetary management and cost accounting to support financial objectives
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence within supply chain operations
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science
- Excelling in strategic planning and execution within supply chain management
- Demonstrating proficiency in warehouse automation and logistics management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive operational excellence and process improvement
- Managing complex supply chain transformation projects with a focus on client outcomes
- Leveraging business planning skills to optimize distribution channels and inventory levels
- Coaching and mentoring teams to embrace change and innovation in operations strategy
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
