Digital Engineering - Technical Product Management - Senior Manager
At EY, our purpose is to shape the future. The insights and quality services we provide help build trust and confidence in the capital markets and economies all over the world. We develop outstanding leaders who are teamed to deliver our promises to all our stakeholders. In so doing, we play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, for our clients and for our communities.
The Opportunity
Digital Engineering, Product Management specializes in mission-critical solutions for the world's most ambitious organizations. Using our product-driven, AI-centric approach, we empower organizations to build for the intelligent digital future. Our elite team of product leaders, data scientists, designers, and software engineers enable our clients to solve their most complex product challenges and positively impact people and the world. Software engineers are problem solvers. While most have deep expertise in specific areas of the technology stack (front end, back end, data, security etc.), all are comfortable swimming across lanes. The integration of agentic harnesses throughout the product development lifecycle further enhances our ability to automate, iterate, and optimize decision-making processes, ensuring that products adapt dynamically to evolving business needs and client expectations.
As a Technical Product Manager leader in Digital Engineering, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of technology projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy and achieve desired outcomes. You will provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality, and lead both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of technology solutions and/or infrastructure. Your specialized knowledge of project and program delivery methods, including Agile and waterfall, will be crucial as you coach others on relevant processes, tools, techniques, and enabling technologies. You will utilize and define the next generation of agentic harnesses that enables teams to delegate complex tasks to autonomous agents, thereby accelerating development cycles and enhancing project outcomes.

You'll ensure clear product vision is defined. You will drive day-to-day execution and delivery with re-prioritization and adjustments being made along the way to respond to an evolving business landscape. By incorporating agentic harnesses, product managers can automate routine decision-making, streamline requirement gathering, and facilitate real-time feedback integration, making the lifecycle more efficient and responsive.
We are looking for a true product leader who can be counted on to innovate and make business, technical and strategic decisions along with running day-to-day execution. You will be working on deeply technical platform and artificial intelligence products and services so a strong technical background (preferably as a developer) is a must.
