The opportunity

As an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions that enable organizations to maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud investments.
You will work with senior client stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect modern data platforms, and deliver Oracle-based analytics solutions across finance, supply chain, human capital management, and customer experience functions.
Your key responsibilities
As a Manager in Oracle Services Apps Tech, presents exciting challenges and opportunities for growth, allowing you to apply your expertise in guiding others and recommending quality solutions. You will engage regularly with external clients, actively participating in working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Travel may be required as needed by external clients.
- Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
- Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
- Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting and analytics architectures supporting Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and other enterprise applications.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing activities, and production deployments.
- Develop reporting and analytics roadmaps aligned with client business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage geographically distributed project teams while ensuring quality delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Drive client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal development, solution demonstrations, client workshops, and executive presentations.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a blend of technical prowess and business acumen, coupled with the ability to manage complex problems and lead teams effectively. Your skills will include:
- Strong consulting, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and business audiences.
- Experience developing enterprise reporting and analytics strategies across ERP and non-ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms, integration architectures, and modern analytics frameworks.
- Ability to lead multiple engagements and manage distributed delivery teams.
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, AI, and data-driven business transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years of technology consulting experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions, data and analytics platforms, architecture modernization, cloud migrations, and technology transformation initiatives.
- 4 - 6 years of experience defining enterprise reporting strategies, including recommendations for reporting across Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, business intelligence platforms, and cloud-based data integration strategies.
- 4+ years of experience leading and delivering Oracle cloud-based analytics and reporting engagements across global delivery teams.
- Extensive experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX applications.
- Experience configuring FDI/OAC /OBIEE security frameworks, including authentication, authorization, object-level security, and data-level security.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on client and project requirements.
- Experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Knowledge of advanced data architecture, including Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Products, and multimodal data management approaches.
- Knowledge of working with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience designing AI-powered analytics and data solutions aligned to business strategy and operational objectives.
- Experience supporting sales pursuits, account growth initiatives, proposal development, and executive-level client presentations.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, or Public Cloud certifications.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
- Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
