Description
The Trust Client Interactions Specialist works on a centralized team and is accountable for providing superior customer service to Trust clients and key partners in Wealth with specialized concierge for daily email requests and inbound client calls; processing trust account onboarding, money movement, account maintenance and servicing, and recordkeeping within defined SLA's. Service is provided by phone without in-person client contact or direct client alignment. Key Responsibilities and Duties- Participates in a variety of centralized operational trust activities including processing moderately complex to complex transactions or reconciliations and ensuring that all requirements to open, fund, maintain, and close an account have been met.
- Acts as a mentor and resource for junior team members providing guidance and support as needed.
- Updates Trust accounts designed to achieve the financial objectives of individual clients through a variety of activities associated with the opening, funding, and ongoing account maintenance.
- Reviews, prepares, and processes account terminations.
- Assists advisors with other key partners, prioritizing those actions that enable quality client interaction.
- May communicate advice to clients as directed by leaders or Sr. Trust Administrators; understands the nuances of managing relationships based on complexity, distance and accessibility.
- Manages and maintains accurate records and documentation related to accounts and transactions.
- Reviews, approves, and processes money movement, account opening transaction, and ensures client receipts and disbursements are properly posted.
- Manages account cash flows and account activity.
- Reviews each account to ensure that they are in compliance with laws, regulations and internal audit.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in trust operations, banking operations, or financial services.
- Experience processing account onboarding, maintenance, money movement, and related account transactions.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory, audit, and documentation requirements with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of trust operations or wealth management experience.
- Experience reviewing and approving complex trust transactions and account activity.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and serve as a subject matter resource.
- Strong client service and communication skills supporting advisors and internal partnersRequired Skills
Preferred schedule for this position is 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CT/12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday. Schedule may vary based on business needs

Base Pay Range: $69,800/yr - $107,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
