Your role
As an execution analyst, you will:
- Support the full Unified Global Banking (UGB) Coverage team in originating cross-divisional business opportunities
- Review, diligence, and process of referrals into our Investment Bank from Wealth Management Americas
- Assist across major workstreams of M&A, debt and equity transactions including diligence, the development of financial analyses, and all client deliverables
- Conduct financial analysis, develop financial models, prepare presentations, and author confidential information memorandums as well as other reports
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide clients with seamless transaction execution

Your team
The Unified Global Banking (UGB) - Americas Team originates and executes new business opportunities between UBS Global Wealth Management and Global Banking. Our team covers financial advisors and their client relationships across the Americas region to source, evaluate and execute Investment Banking opportunities from Wealth Management relationships, driving increased Firm revenue through M&A Advisory, Equity & Debt capital raising and other Corporate Finance transactions.

Your expertise
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA or similar is preferred
- Experience within wealth management or investment banking is high preferred
- Great communication skills
- Strong ability to develop creative solutions

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York USD 110000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
