You will work closely with clients to analyse operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

The Opportunity
As part of the Asset Management, Reliability & APM team, you will support the delivery of reliability transformation and APM-enabled modernization initiatives, contributing to analysis and process design. As a Senior Associate, you will develop client deliverables, participate in workshops, and analyze asset data to identify enhancement opportunities while building your leadership capabilities. This position provides a pathway to grow your consulting skills and make a significant impact in asset-intensive industries.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of reliability transformation initiatives
- Contribute to the design and analysis of processes
- Develop client deliverables that meet project requirements
- Participate in workshops to foster collaboration and innovation
- Analyze asset data to uncover enhancement opportunities
- Build leadership skills through active engagement in projects
- Support the implementation of APM-enabled modernization efforts
- Strengthen consulting capabilities in asset-intensive sectors
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management
What Sets You Apart
- Experience in asset-intensive industries preferred
- Exposure to APM or EAM tools preferred
- Analyzing asset and maintenance data for enhancement
- Developing client deliverables and transformation plans
- Participating in client workshops and problem-solving sessions
- Supporting initiatives in reliability program design
- Optimizing maintenance processes and asset data analysis
- Contributing to APM use case development and implementation support
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
